Insurance: We participate in a number of premium dental insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company and employer to verify that we participate in your exact plan. Most plans include co-payments, deductibles and other expenses which must be paid by the patient of responsible party.

This payment is required at the time of service. As a courtesy to you, we can accept assignment of benefit payments from many insurance companies. Our office will bill the insurance company for you. This will reduce your immediate out of pocket expenditures. Our office will provide your insurance company with the necessary documents and x-rays at no extra charge.
